Amendments to Hotels Licensing Regulations

The Hotels Licensing Board (“HLB”) is responsible for the licensing and regulation of the hotels industry, under the Hotels Act 1954 and Hotels Licensing Regulations.

Please note that the Hotels Licensing Regulations will be amended with effect from 1 January 2025. The regulatory review is part of the Government's continuous efforts to facilitate a pro-business operating environment and to strengthen the regulatory framework.
